We are looking for a General Manager to lead our Peru office and drive the next chapter of our Local Office-Empowered strategy. This role is responsible for ensuring our Lima site operates as a unified, high-performing organization by empowering local decision-making, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and aligning local execution with 24Slides' global strategy.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the Peru office by creating a shared vision and fostering a collaborative One Team culture.

2. Represent Peru as a member of the 24Slides Global Leadership Team, contributing to the company's global strategy.

3. Provide leadership and direction to the Design, Customer Support, and People Success & CSR teams.

4. Strengthen collaboration across departments and remove barriers between teams.

5. Drive local decision-making while ensuring alignment with global objectives.

6. Oversee the People Success & CSR function, promoting a strong culture and employee engagement.

7. Act as the legal representative of the Peruvian entity, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

8. Own the site's budget and financial performance in partnership with Finance.

9. Develop local leaders and strengthen collaboration between Peru, Indonesia, and Denmark.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.

2. Advanced/Fluent English – You will be communicating daily with global stakeholders.

3. Previous leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential.

4. Strategic mindset with strong people leadership and mentoring skills.

5. Ability to collaborate across matrix organizations and lead through influence.
