Job Overview: CSR Partner

As a CSR Partner, you will be instrumental in executing and refining our social responsibility strategy. This role bridges the gap between hands-on program management and analytical oversight, ensuring our long-term initiatives deliver measurable value. We are looking for a proactive professional who can balance independent task management with seamless global collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Program & Academy Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of 24Academy, including logistics, participant communication, and potentially facilitating training sessions.

• Event & Community Engagement: Design and execute quarterly community events and local CSR initiatives to drive engagement both internally and externally.

• Data-Driven Optimization: Oversee the collection and analysis of program data and satisfaction surveys to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• Impact Reporting & Storytelling: Support CSR communication by transforming data into compelling stories that showcase project achievements.

• Global Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between the local team in Indonesia and global leadership in Denmark and Peru to ensure strategic alignment.

• Operational Excellence: Provide administrative support to the global CSR team to streamline processes and scale program quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Self-Driven & Organized: A proactive professional who takes independent initiative and maintains a structured, detail-oriented approach.

• Analytical & Tech-Savvy: Strong ability to manage data, create reports (Excel/Google Sheets), familiar with survey platforms (Google Forms).

• Exceptional Communication: Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with the interpersonal skills to facilitate sessions and collaborate across global teams.

• Adaptable Growth Mindset: A creative problem-solver eager to learn and thrive in an evolving, multicultural environment.

• Sustainability Literacy: Prior experience in CSR/Project Management or related fields, and familiarity with frameworks such as B Corp and the UN SDGs, is a plus.
