We are looking for a People & CSR Business Partner to take full ownership of our local People operations. This is a generalist business partner role responsible of understanding Peru office challenges and provide people-centric solutions that drive productivity and creativity.

Responsibilities

1. Partner with department heads to understand their challenges and provide people-centric solutions that drive productivity and creativity.

2. Support the Lima office through effective workforce planning and organizational design including training activities.

3. Ensure all people's practices comply with Peruvian labor laws while maintaining the 24slides culture.

4. Collaborate with the global team to implement CSR and People Success initiatives that must be executed in the Peruvian office.

5. Create a local network for CSR activities to be implemented in the Lima office.

6. Support on global CSR campaigns including charity partnerships, engaging colleagues, creating and running various projects.

7. Design and execute team-building events.

8. Responsible for the recruitment process, onboarding to new hires and offboarding process (offboarding interviews).

9. Support in office administration activities as well as creating a positive office culture.

Requirements

1. 4+ years of experience in HR or people operations, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner or generalist role, preferably within the tech or creativity field.

2. Bachelor´s degree in Psychology, Administration or a related field.

3. Professional fluency in English and Spanish is essential (you will collaborate daily with teams in Denmark and Indonesia).
