We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to take full ownership of our local financial operations. This is a generalist leadership role responsible for building a high-performing finance function that operates with high independence. You will lead the finance team, drive operational efficiency through automation, and act as a key partner to management in navigating business challenges.

Role Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5–8 years of professional experience in Finance or Accounting, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership or management role.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • Advantage: A Master’s degree in a relevant field.

• Technical Skills: High proficiency in modern ERP systems and Advanced Excel.

  • Advantage: Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Apps Script, Power Query, or coding).

• Standards: Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian GAAP) and IFRS.

• Language: Professional fluency in English (B2 level or higher) and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Mindset: A strategic "generalist" who can see the big picture while staying close to the details.
